Job Description:

Summary

A Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruitment team by managing the logistics of the hiring process. They ensure smooth candidate experience and help recruiters stay organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and next steps.
  • Assist with job postings and sourcing supports
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach..
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to keep building basic recruiting knowledge.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Organizational Skills – Managing multiple schedules, interviews, and documents.
  • Communication Skills – Clear and professional interaction with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Time Management – Prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving – Handling last-minute changes or conflicts in scheduling.
  • Tech Proficiency – Familiarity with ATS (e.g.Workday), MS Office preferred.
  • Interview Formats – Familiarity with different types of interviews (panel, virtual, etc.)

Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum Formal Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience

5 years of relevant experience in high volume environment.
