The Person is responsible for managing all recruiting activities related to attracting, selecting, and hiring candidates for their clients.
Proactively engage with clients to understand and plan for current and future hiring demands.
Requires a deep understanding of the client's needs, industry, and competitive forces, enabling them to consult on potential impacts on delivery.
Must have the ability to define, develop, and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives.
Must effectively communicate the client's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to both the external and internal market.
Also responsible for ensuring that talent processes align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls
