Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in recruiting with a demonstrable track record of sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the end-to-end TA process and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Serve as the primary customer interface, maintaining relations and communications with hiring managers and active candidates.
Conduct intake meetings to confirm desired profiles and develop sourcing strategies for open positions.
Review resumes and perform phone screens for all candidates, building a diverse candidate slate for hiring managers.
Aggregate evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for final hiring decisions with hiring managers and conduct offer negotiations with candidates, aligning on estimated start dates.
Work with third-party staffing agencies as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3+ years of related recruiting experience with a demonstrable track record of sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates.
Outstanding ability to partner with, advise, and influence candidates in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience in engaging and managing hiring managers.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and talent acquisition principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
