Customers use our platform to book services, such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting , which are delivered in the comfort of their home and at a time of their choosing. We promise our customers a high quality, standardized and reliable service experience. To fulfill this promise, we work closely with our hand-picked service partners, enabling them with technology, training, products, tools, financing, insurance, and brand, helping them succeed and deliver on this promise. What Youll Do:  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.  2. Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms and career pages.  3. Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.  5. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.  6. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.  7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.  8. Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or recruitment events.  9. Ensure a positive candidate experience through all stages of the hiring process. 10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and hiring. 


 What We Need: 


 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  

2. 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.  

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

 4. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.  

5. Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.  

 6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  

7. Passionate about people and building great teams.
