As a Talent Acquisition Partner at our company, you will be responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, shaping our employer brand, and ensuring that our talent acquisition efforts align with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Support employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility in the job market. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Stay current with market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced or regional environment. - Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles and levels. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. - Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring regulations in Singapore. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and report recruitment metrics. - Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.
