Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in driving recruitment excellence for India and the UK. This is an internal-facing position focused on partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with the organisations culture and strategic goals. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to operate seamlessly across geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

    , from briefing to offer stage.
  • Source candidates proactively via

    job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping

  • Conduct

    screening interviews

    , evaluating both cultural fit and job competency.
  • Coordinate interviews across

    India and UK time zones

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the

    Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
