The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, aims to deliver a great colleague experience daily. The Global Talent Acquisition function is undergoing a strategic recruitment transformation by implementing robotics & process automation tools and modernizing recruitment infrastructure to prioritize talent needs and enhance the end-to-end process experience. As a Talent Acquisition Partner in the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team, you will lead recruiting priorities and end-to-end recruitment service delivery. Your responsibilities will include executing the entire hiring process, ensuring exceptional Candidate and Hiring Leader experiences. You will be involved in sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, and managing the offer process to acquire high-quality candidates efficiently. Being a talent champion, you will maintain relationships with candidates, discuss career opportunities within American Express, and present high-quality candidates effectively. Your impact in this role will involve handling end-to-end recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, understanding business needs, crafting effective solutions, implementing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, driving recruitment brand and social media strategies, ensuring process compliance, providing recruitment support for senior roles, and acting as a recruiting subject matter expert to support both local and global needs. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global recruitment environment - Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools - Strong assessment and interviewing skills - Knowledge of the recruiting landscape and industry insights - Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines and build strong business relationships Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to collaborate and develop working relationships across levels - Experience in new recruitment technologies for process efficiencies - Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills - Track record of leading large-scale initiatives and operating in a matrixed organization At American Express, we provide benefits to support your overall well-being and deliver your best work.
