Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing TA team of
5-6 Senior Managers
Own the
end-to-end hiring process
for Technology and Analytics roles across multiple business units
Drive large-scale hiring with an annual target of
1,000-1,500 hires
Develop, implement, and continuously improve
recruitment strategies, pipelines, and metrics
Partner with business and HR leadership
to align hiring plans with organizational goals
Ensure a consistent
candidate experience
aligned with employer branding and values
Create and maintain dashboards to track hiring metrics, TAT, cost per hire, and quality of hire
Build strong vendor partnerships, campus strategies, and lateral hiring frameworks
Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and development of the TA team

Key Requirements:

12-15 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, with at least 7 y
ears in a leadership role
Proven experience managing
high-volume hiring
(1,000+ hires/year), preferably in Tech and Analytics domains
Strong
people management skills
experience leading senior-level recruiters and TA managers
Excellent
stakeholder management
and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
Prior experience working in
tech-driven or data-focused organizations
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruitment technology
