Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

Overseeing the entire hiring process for an organization, from developing recruitment strategies to onboarding new hires. This role focuses on attracting and retaining top talent by managing recruitment teams, implementing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the company's goals and client needs.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational goals.

• Candidate Sourcing:

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.

• Screening and Interviewing:

• Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

• Manage the offer process, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with 6-9 years in Recruitment and Staffing
• Good Communication skills
• Experience with IT and Non - IT profiles.
• Good Team Manager
