Job Description

Manager / Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Handle sourcing through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct hiring.
Manage recruitment lifecycle using
Zoho Recruit
job postings, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and offer management.
Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring SLAs and TAT.
Prepare and track recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
Manage recruiters and guide the team to meet hiring targets.
Coordinate background verification and onboarding support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA / PGDM / MSW in Human Resources.
8 years to 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience in
Zoho Recruit
.
Strong exposure to bulk and lateral hiring.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Corporate hiring is an added advantage.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
