Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition & Management Lead at IIDEs Mumbai office, youll play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategy while also overseeing talent management and core HR operations.

Youll lead a team of recruiters to execute high-volume and strategic hiring, collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs, and ensure smooth onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. This is a leadership role that combines strategic hiring, people management, and operational excellence to strengthen IIDEs growing talent ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition

Lead and own the full recruitment lifecycle across departments \u2014 from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement strategies for bulk, niche, and leadership hiring.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
Mentor and manage a team of 3-5 recruiters to meet the monthly hiring targets.
Partner with functional heads to forecast manpower needs and align hiring priorities.
Ensure efficient interview coordination, timely communication, and a stellar candidate experience.
Manage job postings across Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other platforms.
Oversee background verification, offer management, and joining formalities for all hires.
Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics to leadership to improve turnaround and efficiency.
