Own the

full recruitment lifecycle

from requirement gathering,
job posting, and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
Design and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent in IT services and technology domains.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles across different functions.
Use multiple sourcing channels job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
Screen and shortlist candidates effectively, ensuring role fit and cultural alignment.
Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication throughout the process.
Negotiate offers and manage the closure process to ensure successful onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance ratio) and present insights to leadership.
Maintain an updated database of candidates and hiring progress in the ATS.
Basic Requirements
Bachelordegree (or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition , preferably in IT or technology-drivenindustries.
Mandatory: Excellent communication skills, strongproblem-solving mindset, and high aptitude.
Expertisein sourcing techniques, networking, and candidate engagement.
Proficiencyin Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Strongorganizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multipleroles simultaneously.
