We are seeking an AIEngineer with a strong software engineering background to join our Cognition Product Team. This role focuses on designing,architecting, and delivering NextGen AI-driven solutions for diverse clients across industries. You will work closely with stakeholdersto understand their business needs, design scalable production-ready systems,and leverage the latest in Generative AI , AgenticAI , and related emerging technologies. The ideal candidate isequally comfortable writing code, designing architectures, and engaging inhigh-level client discussions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the development of high-qualityAI and software solutions using modern programming languagesand frameworks.

Participate in systemarchitecture and technical design decisions to ensurescalability, security, and alignment with client requirements.

Engage with clients to understand technical needs and businessgoals, providing expert guidance on AI adoption and best practices .

Mentor junior engineers, conduct codereviews , troubleshoot complex issues, and promote technicalexcellence within the team.

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and otherengineers to meet technical milestones and deliver successful projects.

Ensure code qualityand reliability through testing, optimization, and proactiveissue identification.

Stay current with AI research,frameworks, and industry trends to bring innovative solutionsinto client engagements.

Basic Requirements

Strong software engineering background with expertise in JavaScript (Node.js/React), Python , or C#/.NET .

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, MetaLLaMA).

Familiarity with Agentic AIframeworks and multi-agentorchestration patterns .

Experience building cloud-nativeAI solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and integrating AI servicesinto enterprise environments.

Proficiency in datapipelines , APIintegration , vectordatabases , and AIorchestration tools .

Solid understanding of systemdesign, security, and scalability principles .

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for businessstakeholders.

Prior consulting orprofessional services experience is highly preferred.

PreferredQualifications

Experience integrating AI into enterprisebusiness workflows .

Familiarity with MLOpspractices and AI modellifecycle management .

Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or tools.

Certifications in CloudPlatforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or AI/MLspecialties .
