As an enthusiastic HR intern at Roastea, you will have the opportunity to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, and general HR activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Conducting follow-up and coordination calls with candidates and employees. - Supporting employee relations and engagement initiatives. - Maintaining and updating employee data and HR records. - Helping in organizing training sessions and onboarding programs. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to the HR team.
