As a Talent Pooling Specialist at Trinetra, your role will involve sourcing candidates from online sources and conducting HR screening calls to identify potential candidates for open positions. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews with both technical and functional interviewers, ensuring a smooth interview process for all candidates.
