Talent Acquisition Internship

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Zypp Electric, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. You will be based in Gurugram and will have the chance to earn a stipend ranging from 10,000 to 12,000 per month during the 6-month internship period. There is also potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on your performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates - Coordinating interviews and managing recruitment trackers - Handling job postings and conducting candidate follow-ups - Supporting in onboarding and HR operations tasks - Learning the full cycle of recruitment across tech & non-tech roles This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR & Recruitment and is eager to learn in a high-growth startup environment.
