As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Zypp Electric, located in Gurugram (Work from Office), you will receive a stipend of 10,000 - 12,000 per month for a duration of 6 months, with the potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment trackers, handling job postings, conducting candidate follow-ups, supporting in onboarding, and HR operations tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn the full cycle of recruitment across tech & non-tech roles. This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR & Recruitment and eager to gain valuable experience in a high-growth startup environment.
