About the Role

Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles across functions
• Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent management
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
