Operating in the Talent Acquisition and Career Services sector, this remote role supports end-to-end hiring for fast-growing teams across technology, operations, and customer-facing functions. You will join a recruiter-led environment focused on building scalable early-career pipelines and improving candidate experience for India-wide hiring.

Talent Acquisition Intern (standardized)Role & Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, and track candidate progress.
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards and Boolean search to build and maintain active talent pipelines for multiple hiring tracks.
  • Conduct resume reviews and initial phone/video screens to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews, collect hiring manager feedback, and follow up to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; generate simple recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with offer coordination, pre-boarding communication, and basic onboarding tasks.
