Talent Acquisition Intern (standardized)Role & Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruitment for entry to mid-level roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, and track candidate progress.
Use LinkedIn, job boards and Boolean search to build and maintain active talent pipelines for multiple hiring tracks.
Conduct resume reviews and initial phone/video screens to assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews, collect hiring manager feedback, and follow up to ensure timely decision-making.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; generate simple recruitment reports and dashboards.
Assist with offer coordination, pre-boarding communication, and basic onboarding tasks.
