Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Support in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HRIS tools.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and candidate engagement.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations and reports.
