About The Opportunity

Join a fast-paced HR team that hires across technology, sales, and operations functions. This remote internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination using modern recruiting tools and metrics-driven practices. Ideal for early-career candidates pursuing HR, business, or psychology careers who want practical exposure to full-cycle recruitment.Role & Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and social channels using Boolean search and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess fit against role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, track feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the ATS and candidate databases; ensure accurate status updates and documentation for compliance and reporting.
  • Support employer branding initiatives—draft job posts, manage careers-page content, and share role promotions on social channels.
  • Prepare recruiting dashboards and basic hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire) to help the team optimize sourcing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field with demonstrable interest in recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquette for candidate outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals; basic Boolean search knowledge for sourcing candidates.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and simple reporting; high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely with discipline, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar) and experience updating candidate pipelines.
  • Previous internship or part-time experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or HR operations.
