Role Overview:

HR Interns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per job requirements
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database
  • Draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus outreach activities
  • Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation

Who Can Apply:

  • Recent graduates or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of hiring processes and sourcing tools
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Available for 2 months, willing to work from our Noida office
  • Immediate joiners preferred
