Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain real-world exposure in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, and operations, with a strong possibility of conversion into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Make calls to candidates and manage communication throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update daily recruitment trackers
• Assist in end-to-end hiring activities across multiple roles
• Support HR operations and other people-related activities as required

Qualifications

• Recent graduates in BBA / B.Com (Freshers welcome)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Eagerness to build a career in Human Resources
