Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Your Tribe's Chennai office, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in recruitment through a 3-month internship program, which may lead to a full-time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to proactively identify and attract top talent. - Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements. - Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide timely updates, and deliver a smooth recruitment experience. - Candidate Engagement: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. - Database Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) up-to-date with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics. - Compliance: Ensure all hiring activities comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and integrity at every step.
