Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manpower Planning & Requirement Analysis

  • • Coordinate with management and project teams to understand manpower needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • • Prepare manpower requirement sheets based on tendering, project execution, and client requirements.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Database Management

  • • Source suitable candidates from multiple channels job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), internal database, references, and local market networks.

  • • Maintain and update a strong database of skilled and semi-skilled candidates across disciplines (engineering, site staff, technicians, etc.).

3. Candidate Interaction & Evaluation

  • • Communicate directly with potential candidates to explain job details, project scope, and company background.

  • • Obtain consent from shortlisted candidates before submitting profiles to clients or tendering teams.

  • • Negotiate salary expectations, availability, and terms of engagement.

4. Documentation & Tender Support

  • • Collect and verify resumes, qualification certificates, ID proofs, and experience details of shortlisted personnel.

  • • Prepare standardised biodata / CV formats, manpower forms, and other documentation as required for tender submissions.

  • • Coordinate with the tendering team for timely submission of manpower details during bid preparation.

5. Recruitment & Deployment Coordination

  • • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for project deployment from offer issuance to joining formalities.

  • • Ensure timely mobilization of personnel to project sites as per project schedules.

  • • Maintain communication with deployed employees and handle replacement needs promptly.

6. MIS & Reporting

  • • Maintain and update recruitment status trackers, candidate pipelines, and deployment records.

  • • Submit weekly reports on recruitment progress, pending positions, and manpower submissions for tenders.

7. Vendor & Portal Management

  • • Coordinate with recruitment agencies or local labor suppliers when required.

  • • Manage subscriptions and postings on online job platforms efficiently.

8. General HR Support (as required)

  • • Support onboarding, joining formalities, and initial induction.

  • • Assist HR department in maintaining employee records and compliance documentation.

Key Skills Required

  • • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi)

  • • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and job portals

  • • Knowledge of manpower categories used in construction/infrastructure industry

  • • Strong organization skills with attention to detail and deadlines
