Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Department: HR Department Location: Mohali Shift: Night Shift Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various roles within the organisation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Develop and post job descriptions on job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process. Maintain a candidate database and keep it updated with relevant information. Negotiate job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding processes. Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and talent acquisition. Assist in employer branding efforts and promote company culture to attract top talent. Required Skills & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred. Proven 1 year of experience as a talent acquisition executive, or similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn and Indeed. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus. Show more Show less
