Overview:

We are a rapidly growing chain of backpackers hostels with over 60+ locations across India. Our mission is to provide affordable and comfortable accommodation for travelers, while creating a vibrant and inclusive community. To support our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated TA Executive with experience in the hospitality or hotel industry to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions, including property manager, front desk staff, housekeeping and other operational & support roles
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to optimize the hiring process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
• Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment techniques, including online platforms, networking, and direct sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine interest in backpacking and travel
