Job Description

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Only

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
Promote the companys employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process
