Job Description for Talent Acquisition Executive GetWork is a career platform that democratizes job opportunities for all college students. It was founded in 2019 by CEO Mr. Rahul Veerwal in Gurgaon. The platform aims to bring together Colleges, Companies & Students on to one platform to improve the hiring & placement process and give fresh graduates a fair chance at opportunities based on their skills. The platform will implement AI algorithms to assess a candidate's interests and skills to match them to the right employers. The go to market strategy is to connect with placement teams across all colleges for faster penetration into the student body. At the same time, we are able to affect change at the academic level. Corporate Office Address: 545, Second Floor, S.Lal Tower, Udyog Vihar-1 Sector 20, Gurugram, 122016 Job brief: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract suitable candidates. Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and professional interactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them as appropriate Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations .
