Hiring BFSI Recruiters RPO Model Location: Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore Experience Required: 2+ Years in BFSI Recruitment Payroll: Vrinda Global Work Model: On-site at Client Location (RPO) Education: Graduation (Mandatory) Job Description: We are looking for dynamic BFSI Recruiters with experience in end-to-end hiring for roles across the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. This is an RPO-based role , where selected candidates will work directly from the client’s premises while being on the payroll of Vrinda Global . Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and volume hiring. Ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets as per SLAs. Maintain regular reporting and updates using ATS or other recruitment tools. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in BFSI hiring (either in a corporate TA team or RPO setup ). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Graduate in any discipline (must).
