About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (Female) to join our HR team at the corporate office in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in hiring for non-IT roles across the manufacturing /plant hiring, preferably for mid-to-large scale industrial setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in manufacturing plants – including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, etc.
  • Partner with plant HR teams and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with plant teams.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions with high quality of hire and low turnaround time.
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and documentation standards.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and talent pipeline creation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of recruitment experience in non-IT hiring, with specific exposure to manufacturing/plant hiring.
  • Strong understanding of factory-based organizational structures and job functions.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and close positions in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration / Any relevant discipline
  • A PG Diploma in HR would be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate:

  • Comfortable working from our Bengaluru corporate office
  • Willing to collaborate with regional and plant HR teams across multiple locations
