Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive at our Gurugram office. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring research doctorates in freelancing. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential freelance doctorates, building the platform pool, managing the full freelancer onboarding life cycle, conducting discussions, coordinating with the project coordinator, and implementing effective employer branding strategies. The role includes Academic Research recruitment responsibilities to ensure we attract top talent in technology and research fields.

Qualifications

• Experience in freelance Hiring, Recruiting, and Academic Research Recruitment
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or B.tech/M.tech
• Experience in the research or technology sector is a plus
