Take full ownership of end-to-end bulk hiringfrom sourcing to onboarding.
Use every channel in the bookjob boards, referrals, walk-ins, local drives, and social media.
Build strong pipelines to keep hiring numbers healthy.
Run quick, engaging screenings & interviews (because speed matters).
Keep hiring trackers updated and share crisp daily/weekly updates.
Partner with agencies and vendors for high-volume needs.
Try out creative sourcing hacks to stay ahead of the curve.
