Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Policybazaar . The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for sales and customer service roles in our organization. Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through job portals. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview rounds. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Freshers can also apply.
