Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.
• Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and team leads.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Draft and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding and assist in smooth transitions of new hires.
• Contribute to employer branding activities by engaging in career fairs, online campaigns, and social media posts.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.

• 1- 3.5 years of proven experience

  in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in IT/Digital Marketing/Service/Staffing or Recruitment industries).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, networking).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of HR tools, ATS, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR metrics and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring as well as niche roles.
