Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job boards, and social media.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements for open roles.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple calendars.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
