Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements for open roles.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple calendars.
