Job Title: Talent Acquisition/ Internal Recruiter Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office (WFO) Work Schedule: 6 days a week Job Summary: Zepul is seeking a motivated and skilled Internal Hiring Recruiter to support our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, scheduling, and coordination. Familiarity with IT and non-IT roles, along with the ability to conduct technical interviews, is a distinct advantage. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various internal roles across departments. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide tailored recruitment support. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure smooth processes. Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for both IT and non-IT positions. Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in technical interviews (if applicable) for IT roles, and engage in screening for non-IT roles. Ensure seamless communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably for internal hiring. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. Knowledge of IT and non-IT technologies is an advantage. Ability to conduct or assist in technical interviews for IT roles. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus. Desired Skills: Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
