Job Title : Tender Coordinator Location : Hyderabad Experience : 5 to 12 years Salary : Based on last CTC Job Description Manah Dynamics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in government tenders, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Tender Preparation & Submission Draft, review, and prepare comprehensive tender documents. Ensure timely submission of tenders while adhering to the guidelines and requirements. Participate in the bidding process, including preparing and submitting bids. Auction Participation Represent the organization in online and offline auctions. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure the best outcomes. Terms & Conditions Drafting Draft and review terms and conditions for different roles and tenders. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Tender Management Gather and analyze tender opportunities from various sources. Coordinate with government bodies for tender participation and approvals. Travel Requirements Travel across India as required to meet tender and auction commitments. Financial and Operational Coordination Develop a solid understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements related to tender projects. Coordinate effectively with internal departments to align tender processes. Stakeholder Management Liaise with government authorities to facilitate tender participation. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure future opportunities. Technical & Administrative Skills Proficient in MS Excel for tender data analysis and reporting. Maintain clear and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Key Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in tender coordination, particularly in government tenders. Hands-on experience in bidding, auctions, and tender management. Strong command of English, Hindi, and Telugu. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Excellent Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Enthusiastic and self-driven personality. Why Join Manah Dynamics?
