Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Store Leaders to understand hiring needs across the Bihar region
  
• Source candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  
• Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers regularly
  
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and local hiring drives
  
• Provide a great candidate experience by communicating clearly and timely
  
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and standards
  
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for regional leadership
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Retail recruitment experience preferred)
  
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously
  
• Comfortable with field travel within Bihar for recruitment drives or store visits
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
