Fluent English: Must speak, write, listen, and read English fluently.
End-to-End Recruitment: Experience in handling the full recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates.
Hiring Experience Across All Levels: Proficient in recruiting for Managerial, Senior, and Junior level positions.
Digital Marketing & Web Development Recruiting: Expertise in recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers.
Candidate Screening: Experience in screening candidates from various job portals, including Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social networks.
Job Requirement Understanding: Ability to understand job requirements and build effective strategies to attract the best candidates.
Sourcing & Recruiting: Actively source and recruit qualified candidates meeting the job requirements.
Follow-Up & Database Management: Strong follow-up skills focusing on database creation and maintenance for ongoing and upcoming job requirements.
Report Maintenance: Keeping detailed records and reports of candidates and recruitment processes.
Flexibility: Ability to handle multiple job requirements and work on various recruitment projects simultaneously.
