Job Description

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT contract positions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Negotiate rates and close candidates within client budget expectations.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
Understand client requirements and ensure quick turnaround with quality profiles.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong focus on
contract staffing
.
Experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and current market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
