Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Rohini. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring processes. You will be engaged in identifying potential candidates through various channels, assessing their skills and cultural fit, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring skills
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
