Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in IT recruitment at Growexx, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. Your key duties will include collaborating with Business Heads to understand staffing needs, crafting detailed Job Descriptions, posting job openings on various platforms, managing the interview process, and evaluating candidates" understanding of company culture and job requirements. You will be expected to schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensure timely fulfillment of open positions with suitable candidates, maintain an organized recruitment database, and develop long-term relationships with past and potential candidates. Additionally, you will administer hiring paperwork for new IT recruits, prepare offer letters, assessment feedback forms, and manage online test platforms used for recruitment purposes. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven success in IT recruitment, focusing on technical positions. A strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies is essential for effectively screening and assessing candidates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to engage with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders, along with the ability to negotiate with prospects on various aspects. Candidates with a BBA/MBA in HR/PGDHR and rich experience in IT Recruitment will be preferred. Analytical skills, excellent communication in English (both written and verbal), good listening skills, confidence, multitasking ability, time management skills, and team working ability are key attributes for success in this role. Attention to detail, a positive outlook, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in talent acquisition activities are also highly valued.
