Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in bulk hiring, end-to-end recruitment, non-IT recruitment, sales hiring, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian job market and ability to source high-quality candidates quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
