About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team in Pune. If you are passionate about recruitment, sourcing top talent, and helping build high-performing teams we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment across various departments
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment reports and databases

What We're Looking For:

14 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Permanent bulk hiring or tech recruitment
Looking for Immediate to 15 Days Joiners only
