Position: Talent Acquisition Executive Location: New Delhi (Chattarpur) Experience Required: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 🎯 Role Overview We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our in-house HR team. This individual will be key in scaling our workforce rapidly and efficiently , focusing on both mainstream and niche hiring across departments. You will be responsible for leading the full recruitment life cycle, partnering with department heads, and building pipelines of exceptional talent aligned with Dentalkart’s growth objectives. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Design and implement robust sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional platforms to attract top-tier candidates, including for niche roles. Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the end-to-end hiring process: from JD creation and sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring seamless onboarding. Hiring Manager Partnership Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deeply understand manpower needs and hiring priorities. Systematic Hiring Processes Apply structured hiring methodologies and maintain proper documentation throughout the recruitment cycle. Data-Driven Decisions Track key metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide insights for continuous improvement. Candidate Experience Management Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering prompt communication, clarity, and transparency at all stages of the hiring journey. Diversity & Inclusion Champion inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines. Referral & Employer Branding Programs Promote referral programs and actively contribute to building Dentalkart’s employer brand presence across platforms. ✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-scaling or eCommerce/start-up environments. Proven track record in systematic and structured hiring , including niche roles . ATS & Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Foundit, etc. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with stakeholders and candidates. Negotiation & Closing Skills: Skilled in salary negotiation and offer management to secure top talent.
