Talent Acquisition Coordinator/ Assistant HR

Role Overview: As a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures of positions. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees. Your tasks will also include maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR databases, as well as drafting various letters like offer letters and appointment letters. Furthermore, you will support HR operations and employee engagement activities to contribute to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews - Coordinate with hiring managers for efficient recruitment processes - Assist in onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees - Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases - Draft letters such as offer letters and appointment letters - Support HR operations and employee engagement activities Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in HR processes and documentation - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and event planning Location: - Ahmadabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Please note that this job is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
