Job description
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Prefer Female candidate)
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures of positions
Assist in onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases
Draft letters like offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
