Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize online job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media and professional events to identify and attract top talent.
Candidate Engagement & Screening:
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate pre-interview assessments to identify high-potential candidates who align with client requirements.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate feedback, and negotiating job offers.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospective candidates and past applicants to build a robust talent pipeline
Data Management ; Should have good MS office working experience

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role (Non IT).
Knowledge of current job market trends, industry practices, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage candidates and clients effectively.
Proficiency with various sourcing techniques portals, tools, mailers, job postings etc.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of hiring processes and provide strategic insights

CTC ; 2.25 - 3.0 lacs + Attractive Incentives + Hybrid working

(Fresh MBA-Hr can be considered basis the knowledge & Under grads with 1 yrs of Recruitment experience can also apply)
