Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete IT recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination.
  

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  

• Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical capabilities and communication skills.
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines.
  

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  

• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly and accurately.
  

• Provide timely feedback and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth transition of selected candidates.
  

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  

Qualifications and

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an IT services company.
  

• Good understanding of various technical roles, skills, and hiring trends in the IT industry.
  

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
  

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple open roles, and prioritize tasks effectively.
